Rates
The rates (negotiable!) depend on the season, the number of persons and rooms you would like to occupy, and on the duration.
Here are some examples:
Daily (up to six days): from 150 euro to 200 euro per day.
Weekly (up to four weeks): from 600 euro to 800 euro per week.
Short stay (up to two months): from 2300 euro to 3100 euro per month.
Intermediate stay (up to six months): from 1900 euro to 2500 euro per month.
Long-term (six months or longer) stay: from 1600 euro to 2100 euro per month.
A deposit is required for a stay over one month.
